5. Advertising Services

Naughty Playground Networks may offer different advertising formats and placements. Available formats may include:

6. Advertising Placement and Availability

Purchasing advertising does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, leads, or other performance results unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Advertising inventory may be shared or rotated among multiple approved advertisers. Where rotating inventory is used, an advertisement may not appear on every page view.

Naughty Playground Networks may modify placement layouts, page designs, advertising positions, or technical presentation when reasonably necessary to maintain website performance, usability, security, or design consistency.

7. Advertising Review and Approval

Payment does not guarantee approval or publication of an advertisement. Submitted advertising materials are subject to administrative review before publication.

We may approve, reject, suspend, request modification of, or remove advertising that we reasonably believe:

8. Advertiser Content Responsibilities

By uploading or submitting an image, GIF, video, logo, affiliate banner, landing-page URL, promotional copy, or other material, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and publish that material.

For adult-oriented advertising, you further represent and warrant that all persons depicted are legal adults and that all legally required permissions, consents, releases, records, and documentation have been obtained and are maintained by the advertiser or appropriate content producer.

9. Creative Specifications

Creative materials that fail validation may be rejected or require replacement before a campaign can become active.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that externally hosted advertising remains available, secure, appropriate, and materially unchanged during the campaign.

We may disable an external advertisement if its destination changes, becomes unavailable, redirects to prohibited material, distributes malicious software, or otherwise violates these Terms.

11. Destination URLs and Redirects

Advertisers must provide accurate destination URLs. Advertising may not direct visitors to malware, phishing pages, fraudulent offers, prohibited content, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, or destinations that materially differ from the advertisement.

We may test, review, or disable links when necessary to protect users or the website.

12. Payments

Advertising fees must be paid using a payment method made available during checkout.

Cryptocurrency payments may be processed through PayerURL or another supported cryptocurrency processor. Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, exchange-rate changes, blockchain confirmation times, and processor fees may apply.

Skrill Manual Verification

Skrill payments may require manual verification. A campaign will not be treated as paid merely because a transaction ID has been submitted. Naughty Playground Networks must verify receipt of the payment before the campaign may proceed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, cryptocurrency networks, payment processors, wallet providers, incorrect payment details, or third-party payment services.

13. Pricing

We may change future advertising prices at any time. Price changes do not ordinarily affect campaigns that have already been paid and accepted.

14. Campaign Start and Expiration

Advertising periods generally begin after payment has cleared and the creative has been approved, unless another start date has been agreed.

Campaigns automatically expire when their purchased advertising period ends. Advertisers are responsible for renewing campaigns if continued placement is desired.

Dashboard estimates such as “days remaining” are provided for convenience and may be affected by activation timing, administrative adjustments, or technical maintenance.

15. Refunds and Rejected Advertising

Advertising fees are generally non-refundable after an approved campaign has begun running.

If we reject an advertisement before publication and the advertiser is unable or unwilling to provide an acceptable replacement creative, we may issue a refund, credit, or other resolution at our discretion and subject to the payment method used.

Refunds will not normally be provided for poor campaign performance, low click rates, lack of sales or conversions, advertiser website downtime, broken advertiser links, or changes made by the advertiser after approval.

16. Campaign Metrics

Advertiser dashboards may display information such as impressions, clicks, active campaigns, approval status, and days remaining.

These statistics are provided for informational purposes and may differ from analytics recorded by advertisers, affiliate networks, browsers, privacy software, caching systems, bots, or third-party tracking platforms.

We do not guarantee that campaign statistics will be uninterrupted, error-free, or identical to third-party reports.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Naughty Playground Networks to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Promote exploitation, abuse, trafficking, or non-consensual content.
• Submit material involving minors.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or website systems.
• Scrape or harvest personal information without authorization.
• Manipulate impressions, clicks, or campaign analytics.
• Submit misleading or intentionally deceptive advertising.
• Use the platform to infringe intellectual-property rights.

18. Intellectual Property

21. Affiliate Relationships

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material when reasonably necessary to address a valid legal complaint or rights-related request.

28. Privacy
